I admit that I'm very "label" conscious. Oh, but not the Gucci, RL, Chanel kind of labels. I'm talking about Nutritional labels or Food labels on the back of food items. This is something I try to check before purchasing the food item to see how nutritious it is ( in particular if it has low fat, sugar and salt content) and also to check what goes in it (i.e. artificial flavourings, preservatives, etc).Here are two websites that I consult on how to decipher the labels:

...oh, but sometimes the labels get ignored when in haste or starving and usually when I just want to make life more worry-free!
