M for mangoes! I love mangoes and so does m! Here's his birthday cake prepared on his actual birthday. It's a sponge cake I lined with mangoes and topped with berries on hand. If mangoes aren't available, tinned ones will do. In this case, I used tinned ones for I was press for time. To make it glisten, brush with dilute gelatine mixture and set in the fridge.
